Shipping & Delivery

​Order Processing and Dispatch Once you place an order on our website or mobile application (collectively referred to as “the Platform”), we will process and dispatch your order within 24 working hours after confirming your order.

Delivery Timeline After your order has been dispatched, delivered is expected within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that delivery times may be extended due to unavoidable circumstances in certain locations.
Delivery Area Limitations Delivery may be delayed if your address falls outside the service area of our courier partners. If the address provided during the order process is incomplete or incorrect, you will need to coordinate directly with the delivery personnel, who may contact you using the phone number you provided.
Delivery Attempts
  • Delivery attempts will be made a minimum of two times.
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Unavailability at the time of delivery
    • An incorrect address
    • A non-functional phone number
    The order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
Once an order is marked as RTO and returned to us, we will initiate your refund according to our refund policy. Please note that RTO orders cannot be re-delivered. To receive the products again, you will need to place a new order on the Platform.
Delivery Charges
  • Free Shipping:
    • First-time customers receive free shipping on orders valued at INR 500 or more.
    • Orders containing medicines valued at INR 500 or more will have INR 0 delivery charges.
  • For overall order values:
    • INR 1000 and above: Delivery Charges = INR 0
    • Between INR 500 and INR 1000: Delivery Charges = INR 60
    • Below INR 500: Delivery Charges = INR 80
Cash on Delivery (COD) The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is currently not available.
Expiration Date Legislation In compliance with amendments to the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011, the Government of India mandates that certain product information, including “Best Before” or “Use By” dates, must be displayed for goods that may become unfit for consumption after a specific period. This applies to all products fulfilled by us:
  • Products with a shelf life of less than 6 months:
    • Minimum: 20%
    • Maximum: 100%
  • Products with a shelf life of less than 1 year:
    • Minimum: 10%
    • Maximum: 100%
  • Products with a shelf life of more than 1 year:
    • Minimum: 10%
    • Maximum: 100%
